Make your home our fitting room. Try it on and see if it fits. We do suggest going one size larger when first ordering your costume, but when you receive it and it doesn't fit quite right, return it for a different size.
Simply place a new order within 5 days of the original purchase date and we will pay for your replacement-shipping cost. Next, send back your original purchase with a completed Return Merchandise Form. After we process your original return, we will refund the cost of Super Saver Shipping your replacement item(s) to your credit card.
•Product ID's for the replacement costume must match with the original purchase to qualify for the promotion.
•Upgraded shipping is available but does not qualify with this promotion.
•Certain exceptions apply. The merchandise exchange must meet the conditions under the Return Policy.
•Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for this promotion.
Please note: Costume styles or details can slightly change from their online photos and packaging card photos due to production adjustments from the manufacturer. We rarely get notified about these changes. We'll post any changes on the description and photo, if available.
