Q:
When will you ship my order?
A: We ship the SAME DAY, Monday through Friday, for orders
completed before 12:00 PM CST. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM CST will
ship the following Monday. All other orders will ship within 1 business day.
Business days only include weekdays, Monday through Friday. Saturday, Sunday
and holidays do not count as business days. Alaska and Hawaii may take an additional
day.
Q: How will you ship my order?
A: According to your shipping destination, we usually ship
via UPS or select the best shipping carrier like FedEx or USPS to meet the delivery
commitment.
Q: What if I miss the delivery or disregard my
shipment?
A: Packages refused or missed for whatever reason and therefore
immediately shipped back to us, or the package is undeliverable as addressed,
you are responsible for the return shipping charge and restocking fee. A return
shipping charge starting at $7.00 for the shipping carrier returning the package
back to us and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your merchandise refund
the day the item arrives back in our warehouse.
Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order
is placed (in other words, it showed "in stock" when you placed the
order, but it is found to be out of stock once it is ready to be packaged and
shipped), we will immediately notify you and credit you back.
Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: No tax for orders shipping outside of California. Sales tax will
apply for orders in California.
