Q: I saw the same product being sold on another site for a cheaper price. Can you beat it?
A: Yes!!! We'll give you their selling price and an extra 25% of the difference towards your purchase. If you already bought from us, submit your claim within ten(10) days from your order date and we'll refund you 125% of the difference.

Q: What if it's not what I expected, can I return my merchandise?
A: Yes!!
Most of our products are returnable within 15 days from when you received them. Return it for a full refund (less any shipping charges). Then, we give another 15 days (30 days from receiving item to return for store credit.

Please note: Costume styles or details can slightly change from their online photos and packaging card photos due to production adjustments from the manufacturer. We rarely get notified about these changes. We'll post any changes on the description and photo, if available. Thank you for understanding with us about this issue and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Q: What if it doesn't fit, can I exchange it for a different size?
A: Yes!! Make your home our changing room. When you receive it, try it on and see if it fits and if it doesn't fit quite right, return it for a different size.

#5. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

#6. Q: Do you charge Sales Tax?
A: If shipping to California, the tax will appear during checkout. If shipping outside of California, No Sales Tax!

Q: Will I be able to track my order?
A: Yes. Login into My Account where you may track your order status and history. You will also receive tracking information to your email address once the order has shipped.

Q: What if I miss the delivery or disregard my shipment?
A: Packages refused or missed for whatever reason and therefore immediately shipped back to us, or the package is undeliverable as addressed, you are responsible for the return shipping charge and restocking fee. A return shipping charge starting at $7.00 for the shipping carrier returning the package back to us and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your merchandise refund the day the item arrives back in our warehouse.

Q: Do you ship outside the U.S?
A: We only ship within the 50 states. Sorry no International orders. No Puerto Rico, Guam and Virgin Islands. No P.O boxes or AFO/FPO.
